mr. hou kai, auditor general of the national audit office of china, met with mr. vugar gulmammadov, chairman of the chamber of accounts of azerbaijan, in beijing on 3 june, 2024. the two heads of sais signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation aiming at furthering bilateral ties.
