mr. hou kai, auditor general of the national audit office of china, met with ms. galina izotova, acting chair of the accounts chamber of the russian federation, in beijing on 2 april, 2024. the two heads of sais signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation aiming at furthering bilateral ties.
mr. hou kai and ms. galina izotova both attended the 2024 china-russia audit seminar on the themes of healthcare audit, industry audit and revenue audit from 2 to 3 april 2024.
